Genesis 2:7 "the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."
Adam. The first man. Created from dust of the ground. In God's own image. Our first Patriarch of the bible.
What was Adam like? Was he the first man? Did he have a belly button? Mmmm...good questions.
Well, he had no belly button as he was not born from a woman but created by GOD. As the verse in Genesis 2:7 tells us.
He was the first man on the planet earth, as the verse 1 Corinthians 15:45 says "So it is written: The first man Adam became a living being, the last Adam a life-giving spirit."
Adam and his wife Eve were more than likely fairly brown skinned as they would have had to have the right amount of dominant and recessive genes to create people of all races that exist today as well as having the right blood type's of A and B, which all other blood types come from.
He was the first human father, the first husband, the first farmer, the first taxonomist (that is a scientist who names all the animals and plants).
He was the first man who sinned, eating from the apple that Eve gave to him, which was forbidden. He also was the first "silent husband" who did not speak out against the sin and went along with it.
So creation of the population begins.
